We have been covering not only the price hike in the Star Trek Storytellers series but also the discrepancies between the Dream Book and Hallmark’s official website.
Well, I said I would post Hallmark’s response when it was received and here it is. I’ll let it speak for itself.
Hallmark Star Trek Ornaments 
The response does not make sense. Your part 2 article had a screen cap that showed the lower prices than those in the 2020 Dream book. I visited their site that same day and printed the information available that day for the four storyteller ornaments which had the lower prices listed. Following your post of part 3, Hallmark proceeded to update the web site to reflect the higher Dream book prices.
Her response is correct if you visit the Hallmark website now, but does not explain why the web site prior to April 10 listed the lower prices.

Agreed. I will assume it is just the result of a large company with little communication and little investigation.
