The Galileo is back! And this time the shuttlecraft has proper proportions. It will be jarring to see the flattened 1992 Galileo next to it. This one seems beefy. Hearing Spock’s voice again with his iconic greeting is spectacular.
The Enterprise G has a much shinier finish compared to the metal 2018 Enterprise and the bold black lettering looks fantastic across the silver hull. This one may rank higher than last year’s Enterprise G.
The Cerritos’ coloring is bright and distinct and does not disappoint. This will be a standout when hanging with the rest of the fleet. I would love to see repaints in the future with the red and blue accent versions we saw in the series.
My only complaint is that Hallmark’s ornament wall layout has the Star Trek ships displayed over 6 1/2’ in the air. Most people will be looking up and only seeing the bottom of the ships.
Fortunately, the Enterprise G is also displayed on a Pop Culture display at table-level near the front of the store.
We’re kicking off Ornament Premiere with a very merry Facebook Live Event—and you’re invited!
Tune in to hear from artists and get a closer look at new releases. There might even be a giveaway (hint hint!). See you there! –Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments
“Went into Hallmark today and they were just putting up the display. The (2nd issue for Hallmark) Galileo shuttlecraft looks way cool ! Way bigger than their first issue back in 1992 !” –Joel Esrig on Facebook

Who’s excited!?
The Einstein (NCC-1701⁄6) was a Federation Class F shuttlecraft that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-23rd century, attached to the USS Enterprise. (TOS: “The Doomsday Machine”)
In 2267, this shuttle was piloted by Commodore Matt Decker on a suicidal mission to the planet killer.
In the original version of the episode, the flight of the shuttle was recycled footage of the Galileo from “The Galileo Seven”. For the remastered version, CBS Digital crafted a CGI model with new registry and name. Though the registry was visible in the episode, the name was illegible. On StarTrek.com, Mike Okuda, when asked for the name of the shuttle, replied that it was the Einstein. –Memory Alpha
“Our Christmas Tree My MIL bought my husband the 1st Star Trek Hallmark ornament in 1992. After she became ill, I continued the tradition. When the Star Wars ornaments debut, of course I had to start that collection too. For our boys we have Marvel & DC and a few other collections. To date we have every single Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel & DC ornament made by Hallmark. It’s a lot of work putting this tree up however; the end result makes it all worth it!!”-Jennifer Joffe Koznowski on Facebook
