Pros: A budget-friendly option for Trek collectors, especially appealing when paired with the matching Kirk Quog. The stylized design gives a fun, playful take on the classic character. Cons: The caricature-like aesthetic isn’t for every fan—those seeking realism may pass. Made of resin, it’s also more fragile than standard Keepsake ornaments, so handle with care.
A 2018 Spock (Quog) ornament with an inverted insignia is available on eBay. We posted about one other like this in 2019. This production error ornament is being offered in a package of four Quog ornaments and is asking for a starting bid of $500.
Star Trek Quogs is a GoAnimate theme based on the original Star Trek series and the product line. It was released on February 2, 2009 to coincide the release of 2009 Star Trek reboot and the brand CBS/Paramount Pictures created at the time. It has many characters like Kirk, Spock, and McCoy (formerly known as Bones).
Before June 3, 2009, five characters were created and added in for “The Backstory” contest. On September 10, 2012, the theme was taken down. It was the second to last licensed theme to ever be taken down. And because this is a licensed theme, it was impossible for videos saved as draft or private with the theme involved to publish. The videos were still watchable until the middle of 2017. –GoAnipedia wiki

Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Sulu, Uhura, Scotty, Chekov, Khan Noonien, Singh, Kang, Orion Slave Girl, Mirror Spock, Gorn (added before June 2009), Klingon Crewman #1 (added before June 2009), Mara (Kang’s Wife) (added before June 2009), Klingon Crewman #2 (added before June 2009), Nurse Chapel (added before June 2009). –GoAnipedia wiki

“We prefer not to show weapons in our Star Trek ornaments but we will when we feel it adds to the storytelling aspect of a design. Note that in 2018, the Kirk design released that year by Hallmark Ornaments substituted a communicator for the phaser he typically carries in that stance of his Quogs design, a move that was intentional on our part.”
I would like to thank Eric M. who sent in photos of a sixth version of Spock, Quog ornament packaging (2HCM2165) that was completely unknown to me. The box is dated 2018 and, like the other red boxes of that year, it features Spock’s head in the lower left corner of the packaging.
The cardboard packaging is most similar to 2018’s 2HCM4087 ornament but the vacuum-formed plastic is noticeably different with a portion specifically designed to house Spock’s right hand.

This is for two 2018 Hallmark Ornament Mr. Spock. What makes this special is that one of them is an error piece. As you can see in the pictures, one of the pieces has the Star Trek insignia on Mr. Spock’s shirt upside down. I checked online and on eBay and have not seen another one like this. The winner of this will get both the error and the correct piece. I emailed Hallmark along with the scans and even they were stumped. It could be a one of a kind piece. I purchased this last week at Kmart.
I was going to hold on to this until I have more information but I decided to sell it in order to pay for Christmas bills.
I uploaded a messaged sent by Hallmark just received today (January 3, 2019).
US buyers only please. Please feel free message me if you have any questions or if you would like additional scans.
From the command bridge of the U.S.S. Enterprise to your Christmas tree, Mr. Spock brings a holiday wish to “Live long and prosper.” Failing to add this stylized ornament of the resourceful Vulcan to your collection would be highly illogical.
Made of resin, this Hallmark ornament measures 1.8 x 3.3 x 1.5 inches. The ornament is ready to hang on your Christmas tree with a hanger attachment.
Perfect gift for fans and collectors of the original “Star Trek” TV series and iconic Vulcan, Mr. Spock.

Each purchase includes one lead-free Christmas tree ornament.
2017 Hallmark Christmas tree ornament featuring a likeness of Mr. Spock from Star Trek – The Original Series. This ornament is made out of resin and comes with a ribbon attached for hanging. This is not sold in Hallmark stores but is a Wal-Mart exclusive. This is not a Hallmark Keepsake ornament but a Hallmark branded ornament similar to 2016’s Maxine ornament.
UPDATE: Hallmark has listed this ornament on their website for sale in 2019.

CBS created a merchandising line based around Star Trek caricatures named “Quogs”.
The new designs, previously seen at the GoAnimate site and with some Funko figures, are part of a much bigger push to create a new line of Star Trek merchandise that will appeal to a broader audience with what CBS are calling ‘a fresh and accessible look.’ The proprietary animated art style applied to the classic TOS characters and settings will be extended to multiple Trek licensees and products beginning with Gluck (watches), Funko (vinyl figures), Trevco (t-shirts), Hallmark (greeting cards), and more.
