While online orders I’ve received have been protectively packed, sellers currently have no idea whether ornament packaging might arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you bid now, set up a line of communication with your seller so you know just what it is you are buying. To the best of my knowledge, we won’t be able to help with a replacement box. Good luck!
