Why paint it gold? It looks cheap, or worse, it looks like an ornament I made in second grade. Please, drop the gold paint and do it right. This thing is as ugly as the gold painted Elvis ornament from years ago.

OMG! Another Enterprise!?! Really? Why is the same ship being rehashed? There are so many ships that could be done from any of the series, or even the new movie. Klingon Vor’cha (DS9), Romulan Warbird (STEnterprise), or even other Federation ships (Akira, Saber, Nova, classes). Even if we accept that it’s the 50th anniversary, at least put out more than one ship. The Star Wars series has had a couple of ship/vehicles put out.

I don’t know what other folks do with their ships on the off-season, but I display them in a cabinet, at least up until the ones that were only battery powered became prevalent. Why did Hallmark come out with only battery driven? Not only does that mean that one has to press the button to have them light up, but these battery models are ecologically unsound. The batteries become land fill material when they’re drained. Also, a button battery can leak, if one is not conscientious enough to remove them in the off-season. Please bring back the pigtail versions, or better yet come up with a device to convert them from battery to pigtail. Here’s hoping. Thanks.
