“Here’s Trek Tree 2023. I’ve had my own Christmas tree for about 7 years now. The first picture is the Hallmark ornaments separated by those that need batteries and those that don’t. The next two are the tree with all of the ornaments placed. I started collecting them in 1991, when Hallmark released the first Star Trek ornament, the Starship Enterprise, NCC-1701. It’s the ornament right below the tree topper. BTW – The four toy-like ornaments on the left side of the table are Star Trek 2009 Burger King toys that I made into ornaments.” –Sean Burress on Facebook

“This started with a single Hallmark Star Trek ornament on the regular tree in 1991. It kept growing and became a bit much for the standard tree. Eventually it became a 3 foot tree in the radio room, then a 5 foot tree, then a thin 6 foot tree in the dining room, and now a full size 7 1/2 foot tree. And yes, the tree skirt is the United Federation of Planets logo.” –Ken Goetz on Facebook

“A SAD DAY FOR PLANET VULCAN. I purchased some second-hand Hallmark Star Trek Christmas ornaments today. The first four ornaments were all in perfect condition, so I assumed the remaining three were “good to go”. I should have checked them all. Sadly, Mr. Spock has undergone two amputations. It’s worse than you think. A once proud, Vulcan warrior ends up stuffed upside down into a toilet paper roll as the epoxy cures.” –Sanford Parker on Facebook
