Star Trek Generations™ U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B (Nexus Damage) Keepsake Ornament, $35: To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Star Trek Generations feature film, this lighted event-exclusive Keepsake Ornament depicts damage sustained by the U.S.S. Enterprise-B while encountering the Nexus ribbon. Only 3,200 Produced!
The event exclusive will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the Hallmark booths when the convention opens each day. Sales permit one of each exclusive product to be sold per person, per transaction while supplies last.
Six new Star Trek ornaments will be available at Hallmark stores tomorrow, October 12th, for the Hallmark’s Keepsake Ornament Debut. Keepsake Ornament Club members can purchase them a day early as a benefit for club members so ornaments will actually be in stores today.
The new arrivals will join The Keeper which was released at July’s Ornament Premiere.

You can’t buy this on Amazon. The “Hand of Apollo” Star Trek Christmas Ornament is only available from the Earth to Sky Store. On Aug. 15, 2024, it flew to the stratosphere onboard a cosmic ray research balloon, reaching an altitude of 107,117 feet above the Sierra Nevada mountains of central California.
This ornament depicts the iconic opening scene from original Star Trek series episode “Who Mourns for Adonais?” first aired in 1967. Near the planet Pollux III, the Enterprise was held dead in space by a massive energy field shaped as a human hand. It belonged to a being claiming to be the Greek god Apollo.
The ornament floated in the stratosphere for 3 hours while radiation sensors inside the payload gathered data for the students’ radiation monitoring project. After the balloon exploded, as planned, the payload parachuted back to Earth, landing in the White Mountains overlooking Bishop, CA.
The ornament comes with a Christmas card showing the hand in flight, and certifying that it has traveled to the edge of space and back again.
It looks like someone didn’t get the memo and is selling off a 2024 Captain Pike ornament before the scheduled October 12th release. The ornament, which will be $21.99 at retail, is being sold at a price-gouging $49.99.
I encourage everyone to not reward the seller by purchasing but to have patience for a mere five more weeks.
