Artist Inspirations: Guinan (2025)

Guinan in her famous defensive or offensive pose as she confronts Q from the episode “Q Who” (Season 2, Episode 16). It remains unclear if Guinan actually has any powers on the level of Q or simply mimicking his stance.
It appears the Hallmark artist decided to drop Guinan’s left hand below her right to expose more of her face for the ornament’s final design.

“So a few years ago Hallmark started releasing Star Trek Storytellers and my Little One loves watching it and called it Star Trek Tree Ball (Ball because the Death Star tree topper is This-a-Ball and he equates all tree toppers with balls now) LO also loved going to the Hallmark store to pick up/out ornaments and watching the display models. Long story medium, LO calls all Hallmark stores “Star Trek Tree Ball Store” because for the longest time they’d have the entire set out for display and demonstration. Although the next wave of Star Trek ornaments aren’t due for release until October 11th, early displays have been popping up in some Hallmark stores. Three weeks until the Hallmark Ornament Debut!

“There have been several, well would you believe a few, okay one request for us to post pictures of our Star Trek Christmas tree. All the Hallmark Star Trek ornaments since the first one.
